End User License Agreement
This agreement describes the limited, personal, non-transferable and non-commercial license granted to a player who installs or uses the Taverna Royale app. The app is licensed to you; it is not sold.
Applies together with the Terms of Service
This EULA is read together with the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Purchases and Refunds, Community Guidelines, and the store platforms' own terms.
License scope
- You may install and use the app on supported devices for personal entertainment purposes.
- The license does not transfer ownership of the app, the account, virtual items, or in-game value.
- Updates, security patches and service changes may be subject to the same license terms.
Account and device
- Sharing, selling, transferring an account, or impersonating another player is prohibited.
- A store account, a device account, and a Taverna Royale account are not the same thing.
- If a cloud account is created, Firebase Auth and the related data deletion flows apply.

| Backup and device | Local saves may depend on the device, operating system, cloud backup, or app removal behavior. Local data without a cloud account may not be recoverable if the device is lost. |
Virtual items
Items such as Battle Pass, gems, cosmetics, characters, voice packs and board skins only grant an in-game usage right. They do not carry real-money prizes, cash conversion, external wagering, or ownership rights.
Purchase verification
Purchase delivery depends on Apple App Store or Google Play receipt validation, pending/deferred status, the restore flow, and backend validation outcome. Refunds and payment disputes are managed by the relevant store's rules.
Apple and Google platforms
App Store and Google Play terms also apply to iOS and Android distribution respectively. Platform payment history, platform accounts, and platform refund decisions cannot be directly deleted or changed by Taverna Royale.
Enforcement
In the case of cheating, payment abuse, security breach, harassment, fraud or service manipulation, account, chat, online play, reward, store or leaderboard features may be restricted.

Short summary
Taverna Royale is licensed, not sold. The app may be used on supported devices for personal entertainment. Cheating, automation, reverse engineering, service manipulation, fraud and unsafe community behavior are prohibited. Virtual items only provide in-game use and cannot be converted to cash.
